Cancelation Policy:
Cancelation is flexible with client needs. Atlantis Charter reserves the right to cancel and refund or reschedule the charter due to weather conditions that are unsafe for our clients. Deposits will not be returned for no shows.
How To Find Us
The Atlantis is located on the Merrimac River, at the Newburyport Harbor Marina 65 Rear Water St. ,behind the Starboard Galley restaurant in Newburyport Ma.
Directions
From the North heading South on Route 95 :
Take exit 57 East, go left onto Story Ave.(Route 113), continue towards Newburyport
center for (2.9) miles. Turn left onto Federal Street, continue to end of Federal Street, go left onto
Water Street, less then 100 yards you will see Newburyport Art Association building and a Light House
on your right. Turn right after Newburyport Art Association and continue to water front.
The Newburyport harbor Marina is located behind the Starboard Galley, and
adjacent to the US Coast Guard Merrimac Station.
From the South heading North on Route 95 :
Take exit 57 East go right onto Story Ave. (Route 113) continue with above directions.
Helpful Hints
Proper attire for the weather and quality boat footwear are a must. We offer many
ancillary services to fit your needs, don't be afraid to ask.
Keep alcoholic beverages to reasonable amounts. We are a drug free vessel, any possession
or use of drugs will result in termination of the trip. It will also be reported to authorities.
